Dental Rituals

The lady orthodontist is very pleasant, but the booking system and appointment availability are quite challenging. I contacted the office to reschedule an appointment, due to an exam timetable conflict, providing two weeks' notice. The earliest available appointment offered to us was six weeks from now, I asked if there is any way of coming before then to which they told me this is the soonest option. There seemed to be no consideration for the fact that this appointment is for tightening new braces, and a delay could impact my sons treatment plan. I have experienced booking difficulties previously as well; when scheduling next appointments there never seem to be any available slots on convenient dates. Perhaps the practice has taken on too many patients....

My daughter was seen by an orthodontist today, and I was very disappointed with the experience. His manner was quite rude, and even my usually quiet daughter noticed and commented on it afterward. He handled her quite roughly during the examination, at one point pulling her jaw down aggressively while his hands were in her mouth, which made her very uncomfortable. In addition, he did not take the time to properly explain what he was doing or communicate clearly with us. Overall, his approach felt rushed and lacking in care or professionalism. This was not a reassuring experience, and I would not expect this level of conduct in a clinical setting. This profession doesn't fit him. He should be a bouncer or a security man. The aggression would be much appreciated there. Not impressed.

So far we have had 2 appointments for my daughter and each time they made us feel very comfortable and at ease. They took care and time with both the consultation and at the consent appointment. The lady went through everything in detail and answered any questions. Look forward to the next 2 years in there care. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly. They help and support you to make an appointment also very professional when giving advice.we been very happy.

Extremely professional, and such great and welcoming service. They managed to fit my Daughter in as an emergency and managed to sort the wiring on her braces and then tightened them too. Which saved me going back in a few days. They always make my Daughter feel completely at ease and explain everything to her throughly. Very kind staff. Thank you so much.

Very bad experience with dental rituals gildersome Regarding appointments the cost in transport to get here sometimes wasted journeys. Been a single mum with 4 kids I've struggled and wasted £100s of pounds on taxis to appointments to get nowhere as our dentist was very bad with cancelling appointments for treatment she needed before dental rituals would make further appoinmnets & which were cancelled last minute & were out of our hands Made my daughter to feel very belittled and h. was quiet rude to her. She does have behavioural issues and as a result he decided he didn't like her attitude or the way her face was so took the decision to cancel her treatment completely. We have been on this waiting list over 6 years for her braces!! Absolute joke
