Fountain Dental Practice

Been coming to this surgery for years. Came in for an extraction and was very nervous. Deji the Dentist is always fantastic but Megan really put me at ease. Chatted to me about all sorts to take my mind off the extraction. Would highly recommend this surgery as all staff are brilliant.

Spoke with a receptionist named Beverly this morning. I’m trying to get my 1 year old son a dentist as we live in the area and her attitude was awful. This dental practise is run for the staff and NOT the patient, they constantly want to change your appointment times at the last minute to suite the needs of the staff. They also cancel appoints on the day and think this is perfectly acceptable to do on a regular basis.

Isn't prevention better than cure. Not here. How does my child have a check up 2 weeks ago then 2 weeks later be told she has tarter build up. Why wasn't the plaque dealt with 2 weeks ago. Of course it wasn't when it's a 2 second look in the mouth. The dentist is only interested in making money. Also very rude. I actually greated him twice with a hello but he had his head down on his phone. I'm sorry a new dentist is needed at this practice

I have been with this dentist for 13 yrs now, they are all wonderful. Reception's are so kind, thoughtful & have a lovely way about them.. Regards

I have been using this dentist for decades and only have good things to say. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, I have a great dentist Deji who is fantastic, he is brilliant with my kids also and they enjoy coming to see him. I did have 1 bad experience a couple of years ago when I had to see another dentist but fortunately she doesn’t work there anymore and wasn’t there very long. I would 100% recommend this dental practice.
