I’d especially like to mention Dr Philip — every visit with him has been straightforward and stress-free, with great attention to detail and a very thoughtful approach. It’s one of those places where trust builds naturally over time. I’m genuinely happy with the care I receive and would confidently recommend both the clinic and Dr Philip.

Having recently visited this dentist cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond to deal with concerns raised, did not rush the appointment. Phil provided excellent care and was highly attentive along with the dental nurse who was very kind and patient. Highly recommended.

I’ve always been absolutely petrified of the dentist, but I was extremely lucky to become a patient at Bupa Dental (formerly King Lane Dental). I was initially very apprehensive about the change of ownership and the possibility of losing some familiar faces, but I have to admit—the transition was completely seamless. The ladies on reception are always so welcoming and calming, and my dentist, Aneesh, is amazing. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, helping to settle my anxiety and worries while being incredibly gentle. Aneesh and Michelle are a great combo! Very professional and make the experience fun for the kids! They love their check ups and seeing you both. My appointment went very well with the hygienist. She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and recommended using interdental brushes along with my dental floss. She kindly gave me two pieces of interdental brushes. She also took the time to explain the reason for the receding gum on my left molars - brushing technique of a right handed person. She recommended an electric toothbrush for that and better brushing techniques. The ladies at reception were very helpful and answered my questions about paying for treatments using BUPA Insurance. They also emailed me my invoice promptly as promised. I'd recommend this practice to everyone.
