Absolutely appalling attending this Dentist was the worst thing I could’ve ever done. I’ve gone in there with toothache because I’ve had an accident and which smashed my teeth was in a screw in pain the person who see me not the Dentist because he’s not a Dentist because I can’t do Dentist procedures start smacking the broken tooth and then tells me he can’t do nothing about it and offers me antibiotics when I need the tooth removed from a 111 call-which is very appalling The receptionist are absolutely fantastic. They helped gave me water and I needed it if you was going to the Dentist for a Conversationwith the reception i would say go if you’re going to do the Dentist Side I wouldn’t bother

I had a hygienist appointment, everything went well, the lady was quite gentle, but fortunately my teeth were reasonably clean. The only thing that really stung was the £105 cost!

Most friendly and supportive dentist was so explicit about everything she was going to do and the problems which could happen as teeth were infected. Would recommend Rupali Patel to all my friends did an amazing job and can’t wait to return for further follow ups.

I'm beyond frustrated with this dentist. I booked appointments last June having already experienced multiple cancellations over the years, only for there to be further cancellations. We finally got appointments in December & January. My son was booked in for tooth extraction fairly quickly, yet this has been cancelled till end of January. The orthodontist referral wasn't initially done. When completed we cant access the referral as the wrong DOB has been entered. The only saving grace is that the new reception today was lovely as is the newer dentist. Update: further 2 appointments cancelled & significant errors in my son's referral to an orthodontist.

Very good Dentist who was very professional and kind, her work was great and help to solve my problem.

I was very impressed by Dr. Rupali and her extensive knowledge. She introduced me to inter dental brushes for better cleaning of my teeth. Although my first visit, two xrays were completed quickly and a molar identified which required a filling. I was given the option of silver or white fillings and an appointment made in 2 weeks for the work to be done. As she is a qualified hygienist I am to have my teeth cleaned before the filling. I can honestly say I have not received such excellent service at any time in my long life from a dental practice. Outstanding! Both the doctor and her able assistant Bella were very personable and relaxing in their manner and yet businesslike in getting through the introduction. I look forward to my next appointment and hope it is the beginning of a good long term business relationship.

I had scheduled few private appointments due to make my smile perfect. Dr Rupali Patel took care of my teeth in a very professional way. They are looking amazing now and I’m very pleased with her professionalism and dedication. Will definitely recommend Dr Patel to everyone.
