Dental Elements

I had an excellent experience at Dental Elements. Dr Chirag Patel was brilliant. He was extremely thorough and very gentle throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain the results of my initial assessment very clearly. Overall, they are a very professional and caring team. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist 🙂

Happy with my appointment with the dental hygienist at Dental Elements - quick and efficient and reassuring concerning dental symptoms. Only downside is if I had not been lucky enough to get a cancellation booking I would have had to wait a very long time for an appointment (around 6 weeks)!

I had an Invisalign treatment with Dr. Chirag Patel for an aesthetic issue that bothered me for years. He not only managed to correct that, but he also corrected my entire dental arcade. He is very detailed oriented and went above and beyond to achieve the best results! Highly recommend their services!

From the dentists (I am a patient of Rav's), the dental nurses, to the receptionists, everyone is warm, friendly, kind, considerate and patient. I am very happy with my treatment at Dental Elements. I was quite a nervous patient as root canal treatment was new to me but, while I didn't enjoy the appointment, Jonathan Lee put me at ease and I felt I was in good hands. Jo the dental assistant was also kind which was appreciated. I generally see Rav for my dental appointments and his calm presence helps my nerves and I am happy with the explanations and treatment I've received.

Brilliant work done here. I first contacted Dental Elements requiring an emergency appointment due to being in an incredible amount of pain. They got me booked in for a next day appointment and even called to push my appointment to an earlier time having recieved a cancellation last minute. The customer service from the whole team really gave me faith that I was being looked after with my dental needs at the forefront of their decision making. My dentist was incredibly transparent about every aspect of my treatment explaining all options thoroughly. They were highly efficient and kept communication standards high. They even made sure to check up on me a few days after my treatment to ensure there were no issues. I highly recommend Dental Elements for any dental requirements.
