Tryst Dental Practice

Lovely and warm in waiting room and surgery. Everybody friendly and found the dentist really charming and interested in my well being. Only complaint but fully understand why is the length of time I have to wait for treatment to be carried out - approximately 19 weeks!

My experience at the dentist was very good. She was very informative and explained everything to me. I liked her bedside manner and will definitely be attending again.

I was surprised I got seen so quickly as the practice was dire for a few years. Staff shortages and a locum that only worked 2 days a week there. About a year ago I called as a deep filler came out of my back top right tooth and they said the would call me back. I ended up buying a kit and filled it myself. A year later and I never got that call back concerning my tooth, so I was very dubious about them failing again. After a week of horrific pain I couldn’t take anymore, I was in agony with a back tooth. I couldn’t chew, eat properly or sleep for a full week. Called the dentist on Tuesday at 9.10am and I got an emergency appointment for 10am the same morning. Oh the relief when she done the first stage of root canal. I can finally eat. Even though the appointments are a lengthy wait for the final stage of root canal, they put me on the short list for a cancellation appointment. My new dentist is a lovely lady like my old dentist that left the surgery and she really helped me out a lot. Thank you, it’s still a little bit tender but that’ll soon settle down.

Delighted at how quickly they could fit me in and start the process of regaining my smile. I would like to add after a second required emergency appointment some three months later, that I was again fitted in really quickly. I was in serious pain. All of the staff were amazing and I am very grateful their help and professionalism.
