Glenbervie Dental Clinic

Quite new to the practice. Each visit was a wait of approximately 1 hr. No update from reception and the 1 occasion I was unable to attend.. £30 charge and all appointments cancelled. Onto my son's appointment,12 yrs old and due to a family emergency, we had to rush to Yorkshire. Dentist appointment was the last thing on our minds and the texts were shocking!! 1st message was to advise my son was overdue a checkup. Then a charge of £30 was quickly sent for missed appointment. I understand the terms for the charges, however, I would be within my rights to charge the practice for my time wasted sitting in your waiting room because you have no Dentists. Why? 1 on maternity, other was pregnant and in hospital. I am a mum and not the Dentists issue, it is all about management and Treating customers fairly. 1st lesson in customer service. I will be registering asap with another practice

I recently visited the clinic for my oral hygiene check up Yvonne and the team were absolutely amazing would highly recommend.

I have Autism and ADHD and can regularly experience panic attacks. The dentist which I seen this morning couldn't be more kind or understanding. The dentist also took time to understand what could trigger my anxiety to see how they could adapt. Thank you for being the most Neurodiverse friendly and inclusive dentist I've attended.

been attending this dentist for a couple years now after having a bad experience with my previous dentist. This place has always been amazing and helped me feel more relaxed when attending. EDIT - its just completely went down hill from when i first joined 3 years ago, especially after the male dentist left. I received a text telling me my appointment had been cancelled (the same day, if i had done that i would have been charged) i tried calling 3 times to reschedule my appointment and got no answer (first time i called was at 4.50pm and they answered and immediately hung up) i even drove down to the practice to reschedule the app, after 2pm and the receptionists were standing at the desk but the door was still locked, even though they re-open at 2. after this i decided to move to another practice in stenhousemuir and they have been brilliant and much better priced. I was quoted £500 of treatment needed at Glenbervie, now to be told at the new dentist that i dont need any of it!!) my mum has now also left Glenbervie and moved to the new dentist i moved to

I have been a patient with Glenbervie Dental Clinic for over a year now I have to say they really are the best. It’s a lovely modern spotlessly clean surgery where you’re always made to feel so welcome. From reception to dental nurses and dentists all greet you with the same polite manner. I’m very anxious with regards to treatment however I was made to feel relaxed, the tooth I seemed to keep visiting about was sorted quickly and efficiently and the problem resolved. Highly recommended well done everyone at Glenbervie keep up the great work.

Expecting a client to wait 2-3 months with an infection is not acceptable. Had to get it extracted privately.
