There was no main reason. The whole experience from being greeted at reception. To being seen at a reasonable time I was in my appointment, less than 10 mins. Appointment at 9am, waited, seen by Dentist and paid for my procedure and back in my car for 9:30am. I call that a good service. All very clean and all staff very pleasant.

A highly efficient set-up with a competent team of individuals, very polite and easy to talk to. Whilst I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how polite and helpful the team on reception were, face to face with visitors and patients and also on the telephone.

Having worked as a dental nurse for over 40 years than having moved had to find a new dentist. I was very impressed with the service by everyone, excellent dentist and nurse, very helpful receptionist. Seen on time. I will be back. Highly recommend.

I have been going here since I grew my baby teeth! It had been a great practice up until the past few years it has drastically gone downhill. My appointments have been messed about consistently for the past 4 years! Being pushed back regardless of being booked in 6 months prior. This one appointment has been messed about 6 times! Being moved back a month, then changing the time 3 times, and then being cancelled on the day. I work for myself I don't get paid for time that I take off for these appointments and I doubt very much I will be getting compensation for the loss of my time and money in these occasions. I would completely understand if it was cancelled a week beforehand due to staff sickness but half of these excuses for cancelling have been inexcusable. I would have changed practice long before all of this mess about if I wasn't so close to finally having jaw surgery.

I have also being going to this dentist practice for 20+ years and it is now terrible and must be avoided. The new so called dentist tells you everything is too technical and you will need to go private and she attempted to descale my teeth and caused a lot of pain and bleeding. If you can then find another dentist and if you can't then I will pray for you!

The whole team at this surgery are brilliant, understanding and caring. I had a bad tooth extracted at my request as I was in terrible pain. The receptionist got me in ASAP. The dentist and nurse removed it straight away putting me out of my pain.

Reception contacted me and brought my emergency appointment forward by two hours. The treatment I received was first class and my dental pain has subsided.
