Mawsley Dental Clinic

Managed to obtain a convenient appointment with ease which ended up being brought forward when an opportunity presented itself; initial visit was prompt and I had a good knowledgeable customer aware team; follow up appointment scheduled for three days later - so no waiting at all. They got cracking!! Very happy.

As I haven't been to a dentist in quite a few years I was really worried as to what I might need doing. The dentist I had was really nice as he explained what he found and what treatment I would need on my next visit so I felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend this surgery after just my first appointment.

The hygienist I saw was very professional, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. They felt great afterwards, and look so clean. I will book with him again. The procedure was made more comfortable by the use of pain relief gel.

The hygienist is professional yet friendly and approachable. He advises you on what you need to do at home afterwards in between appointments. He will also advise when a dentist appointment is due to come up. As a nervous patient I have always been made to feel very welcome and he always checks in on you during the procedure. I definitely would recommend.

First class service at Mawsley clinic. Had 2 teeth out, should not have eaten all those sweets when younger!!! Denitst young Irish lady (can't remember names) was very good.

Great dentists but i have just cancelled my apppointment as i no longer needed it and did not want to use a space up and the receptionist was so rude, staright away issued me a with notice of not giving 24 hrs and told i could be removed if im late ringing in again.... what about when we get our dentists apppointments cancelled i dont get 24 hrs notice.....! Im sure them slots get took very quickly and dont require 24hrs notice!

I found Fatima to be warm and friendly; calm, confident and thoroughly professional. I felt I was in safe hands. She explained issues clearly and discussed treatment options and recommendations, I didn’t feel rushed. In fact the whole team, (from the staff member who smiled and held the door open for me, to the nurse and to the cheerful receptionist), was friendly, experienced and put me at ease. A positive experience from start to finish.
