Phoned up at 9am this morning desperate for an emergency appointment, I spoke to Amy who was first class, efficient and very helpful. Amy booked me an appointment for 10.15 and by 10.30 my tooth was out all thanks to the brilliant Rachel who was incredibly professional and put me at ease. Big thanks to Emily too. Fantastic Dental practice I would not hesitate to recommend them. Both receptionists are incredibly hard working by the way, the phone did not stop ringing and both receptionists were fantastic

First hygienist appointment ever…what a brilliant service from Simrat. Very professional, very polite and explained everything well. Teeth felt and looked super clean after, was super pleased. I recommend this process by Simrat and will ask for her next time, so many many thanks 🤗

As someone who gets very anxious about visiting the dentist/hygienist I just wanted to thank Simrat (and her assistants) for the time they took to make me feel at ease during my last two visits. Simrat explained what course of action was needed for me to get the best results. Her work is of a very high standard and her passion to do what is best for the patient shines through. She even took the time to educate me on the best practices I should be following for best oral health... A big thumbs up from me 👍🏼

Gorgeous practice with the best staff I’ve come across in a dental practice. The PM is always willing to help if you have any issues and the reception staff are very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone who lives around the area to join the practice - the Dentists/Hygienist will look after you during your journey. They aren’t taking on NHS patients at the moment but if you decide to join Privately you are most welcome.

My dentist at 'mydentist' is Shien-Yen Lin and both him and his assistant, who i wish i knew the name of is absolutely fantastic. They are positive and very supportive. I am so pleased I moved to 'mydentist' after really poor care elsewhere during my pregnancy. They have been so attentive and kept me at ease during every appointment. Highly recommend.

Rang as had a tooth break and they called me back within 5 minutes to arrange an appointment. Excellent service x
