I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very friendly. I was comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist Hassan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I truly appreciated how gentle and attentive they were. The appointment was on time, efficient, and stress-free. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful for such outstanding service. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist!

My mum rang up for advise today. She explained that she may need to see a dentist and explained that she pays for private care. She was met by a rude female saying she would have to pay for her treatment and that she is not due the appointment under private care till November. My mum asked if there was anything they could do due to paying monthly payments I.e expecting them to be professional with their answers. Her response was " well you can come down but you will have to pay £130 pounds something". The manner she used was unacceptable and hurtful. We are human beings and dont deserve to be spoken to like this. She is 72 this year and has been with your dentist for nearly 50 years. You go in and there are some staff who talk to you with so much disrespect. I myself am a private patient and was told at an appointment that they "had got rid of that area for something else and I would have to take a seat on the chairs behind me" I asked what I was getting for my private money and she said just my treatments. Its a disgrace really. More training on customer service and care needs to be given to staff as its so upsetting to be in pain , let alone by spoken to you like utter dirt. Please can this be sorted and also I would appreciate a number to contact to file a complaint as my mother is now emotional upset.

I have had an extraction today. Hassan was really good. He did an xray of the tooth first and then fully explained the procedure and the options I have. I would definitely recommend him to those who are nervous about coming in to get treatment. He was friendly and very supportive.

Needed to have a tooth removed and I ended up coming in whilst my dentist was on lunch (Dr Hassan) he delayed his lunch and saw me as soon as possible. I’ve always hated injections and I didn’t feel any discomfort whilst Hassan numbed me before my procedure. He has the lightest touch! My tooth came out without any pain and I didn’t feel a thing, I’m extremely impressed. I’ve had teeth extracted before and the pain I’ve felt during those procedures has left me with some trauma. So today I was very surprised it went so well. All thanks to Dr Hassan Moghul. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

Very poor services, had booked an appointment and was given a time of 10am, when went there had to wait till 10:55am and given a lot of excuses as to why was kept waiting. Once i was taken in, the doctor was arrogant as well. Gave me only one option of filling the cavity and was asked to pay an whopping £350.00 for a filling of one tooth and another for £300.00. Charged me £79.00 just for this check up and did not even give me all options. Had to leave if not thy would have charged me for being in their clinic for too long as well I guess. really bad service, will never go and visit them ever. Bupa gave me all options, so better go there if i was you.

Everytime I've been here (which admittedly hasn't been as often as needed over past few years) I felt so so so comfortable compared to other dentists. I had a tooth taken out by dental surgeon around two years ago because it was so complex, I was so scared that that one of the other staff members (think she was maybe a manager) sat with me and took my mind off it, she was amazing. Went back finally this week to see Dr Ford and felt really at ease, totally judgement free and have a treatment plan now. Seeing the dental surgeon again this weekend and feeling nowhere near as nervous compared to previous extractions. Highly recommend

Not your usual trip to the dentist, i couldnt of felt more comfortable in a trained professionals hands. Dr Hasan Moghul is by far the most down to earth dentist ive met. He is very informative and gives you different choices of treatment with clear instructions including pros & cons. His knowledge is second to none (this has been trial and tested - research of said topics by myself before agreeing to anything). I would definitely recommend asking questions and speaking to him directly. Alongside the Dr himself the help he had from Jane (sorry dont know her technical profession) was amazing. I would say if shes in the room a smile wont leave your face. Her bubbly energy and humour is class, thank you once again will see you on the next one 👍🏻
