Went yesterday to dentist as an emerg3ncy appt with dull tooth ache Saw Rasheeda lady dentist who not my normal dentist was really good supportive having the tooth extraction there and then. Kept me calm breathing was very good dentist lady very reassuring to me as I got upset! And also ELLA also dental nurse was supportive too giving me reassurance My whole experience was very good. This place is awesome (as much as a dentists can be). I am dental phobic and saw the Hygienist Elizabeth today, she was excellent with me, very patient and obviously very experienced at dealing with dental phobia. I cannot praise the whole team enough for their kindness, professionalism and patience over the years. Thank you so much!

Xuliya is one of the most patient and understanding dentists I've seen. As a nervous patient she keeps me calm and has always done a good job taking care of my teeth. Highly recommend this practice.

I am quite a nervous patient but Naheed is fantastic, very friendly and puts me at ease. She tells me every step of the way what she's doing, i had a filling yesterday and was so surprised it was done in what seemed no time at all. Thank you!

I had my appointment today and due to unseen circumstances was running a little late.My anxiety was through the roof!On arrival is was seen by a young lady on reception called Mo.She immediately put me at ease and had such a welcoming smile!Alot more professional than the lady I spoke to prior... I’ve had my teeth taken care of by Bupa Dental Care in Keighley since I was a child. It has consistently been a fantastic place to care for my teeth. The staff are welcoming, the practice is clean and communication is consistent. Mariya is a caring and fantastic dentist who talked me through everything and checked in throughout my appointment and treatment. Olivia was also a big part in making me feel comfortable and helping me feel comfortable. Amanda has always been a friendly face before and after an appointment who is excellent at walking you through every step of appointment making and payment. A highly recommended dental practice with wonderful staff!

In all the years that I've been attending this practice I've never ever been refused an appointment for toothache, they would say that I could attend but would have to wait.I rang at 9.07 and was curtly informed that they opened at 8.45. that there were no appointments available and would call me back if there were.
