Grange Road West Dental Practice

My whole family had been at this dentist since 1996. Because we hadnt been for regular appointments over the last few years, they just decide to take us off the list, along with many others i believe....would of appreciated at least one warning that that would be happening. Instead they just tell you that you no longer exist to them when you are ringing to make an appointment. This is so unfair but know that they all do it..Like i say. A little notice would be nice.

mrs ward is the best in this world i love her she is a great dentist and an even better person. Very kind, patient, and genuinely cares about people. I always feel comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended.

I visited the practice today first time. As usual I had that loathing feeling as I have had some pretty awful experiences with dentists. Fortunately this was to be unfounded. Great clinician, explained everything. Sympathetic to my fears how refreshing. Almost painless but nothing to what Iv experienced in the past, Thank you,

What a wonderful dental practice, Ian is such a gentleman. He makes you feel at ease, answers any questions you may have and is very thorough in his examination. There is no anxiety whatsoever when im sitting in the chair. He is a credit to his profession.

I went there on an emergency appointment, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Katherine the dentist took care of me very well. She was very professional and informative. She and the nurse were so friendly as well, they made sure to make me comfortable during the treatment. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

I had treatment done by Louise today and found her extremely professional in every way possible. I was in a lot of pain upon arriving and distressed about not knowing what to expect and couldn't have felt I was in better hands. A very welcoming practice including the lovely receptionist, a few people popped in while i was waiting and i noticed she was going the extra mile in helping them with their queries...all with a smile:) I didn't feel rushed and everything was explained to me all the way through, from the initial forms to the treatment itself and even some info printed to take home about the next stage of the process. I feel very grateful to have received such a kind and caring service and of course to be out of pain now. Thank you for doing such a good job for your patients!
