Had some extensive dentistry done at this practice at very short notice, and although I unfortunately had to go private , the service i received was first class and very professional .

I had an appointment this week to have my filling redone, and although I'm extremely anxious to have dental surgery carried out, Scott and Joanne were absolutely fantastic and made sure I was comfortable and pain free every step of the way during the procedure. Thank you for making what would be an uncomfortable time for me, a lot more pleasant than what I thought it would be.

Janice . I have been a patient at this dentist for over 30 years went in to book an appointment for a check up as hadn’t been contacted for a long time. Informed that I’m no longer on their books as it’s down to the patient to get in touch with them. Never had ANY correspondence or the courtesy of a telephone call to inform me of these changes, nothing . The system used to be they’d contact you for the 6 monthly check up then it went to 9 months then apparently it stopped, we all no why it was stopped but dare not say. My last appointment was 2022 so apparently it appears I need some psychic powers to realise the system used for the previous 28 years had been changed!! So I now find myself in the position of not having a dentist with little likelihood of ever finding one. Absolutely disgusted at the treatment and total intransigence of the practice to resolve the issue.

I was at the practice this morning with my 17 year old son who had toothache we seen a dentist called Yasmin who x rayed his tooth and said it had decay she then proceeded to raise her voice asking me why he had not had a check up in a while I was trying to explain he had been back and forwards to their other practice having braces fitted she ignored what I was trying to say and repeatedly kept talking to me like I was a bad parent her attitude was disgusting and very unprofessional the way she spoke to me with a raised voice was very annoying and she takes over me when I tried to speak I’m surprised she ha s any patients all my family are registered at this practice and always have a good experience the staff are always friendly and professional if she had a point to make I would gladly have listened but I refuse to be spoken to like a naughty child our experience today annoyed me and my son M beat

I visited my dentist and I always been nervous about the dentist, especially now I am on prola injections. I was at ease from walking in the door, from the receptionist's welcome to the dentist herself, Lisa. She explained everything to me very clearly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Overall I was very impressed and have already recommended a friend, who has now made an appointment for next month.

Carol on reception is always so friendly and professional as are the dentists and the dental nurses. We never feel rushed and they always answer any questions we have. My son has been referred for a brace with every step for treatment explained. Great service and highly recommend.

Everyone here is so helpful and polite, Professional in every way, the place to go to for total tooth and gum care ,I'm very happy 😁
