I had an outstanding experience at the clinic with Dr. Rakesh Bhandari and the entire team. The receptionist was warm, empathetic, and flexible, making appointments easy and even accommodating last-minute cancellations without stress. She followed up on my well-being and quickly arranged emergency slots when needed. Dr. Bhandari was patient, never rushed, and gave me time between treatments to ensure proper healing. He explained everything thoroughly and made the entire process painless and comfortable. The nurse was also caring and attentive. After my first visit, I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This team truly stands out for their empathy, care, and professionalism!

Professional, helpful and kind staff. Dr Hayder is a very understanding and attentive dentist. I was struggling with a recurring wisdom tooth pain causing severe inflammation and pain. Would not wish this pain on anyone! Was seen sameday, assessed and treated, with a subsequent referral made to the hospital for extraction. Would highly recommend.

I had an emergency situation and was seen on the same day by both Hayder and Noja. I really appreciated being reviewed together, as it allowed for a deeper discussion and a more rounded perspective on my care. They were both calm, warm, and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They even referred me for a CT scan—something I hadn’t previously considered to help gain a deeper understanding of my condition and guide long-term care by getting to the root of what’s really going on. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism and can’t help but wonder why I didn’t join this practice sooner.

Wholly impressed by my consultation with Dr. Hayder Hariri at Toothism this morning. He takes a holistic approach to dental health, and he took the time to listen and think as well as to thoroughly check and measure my teeth, gums and jaw before jumping to any conclusions. The auxiliary customer service, from booking the apppointment through to the interaction with the receptionist, was also exemplary.

Had a dental implant done with Dr Hayder. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process beginning with the quote for the procedure to installing the crown on the last visit. He saw me more times than what had been planned. Would highly recommend him to have an implant done.

I have been a patient of , Toothism for over 15 years and could not offer anymore higher recommendation then my children are now also patients as I would not want anything best for them and they are in very good hands . Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic practice and I feel we are very lucky to have it here in Isleworth. Drs Hayder and Noja are technically superb and their calm, friendly patient manner puts you at ease every time. I also love that you are seen by both of them together, and they explain the treatments carefully and without being patronising. All round excellent and I never thought I'd say going to the dentist was a pleasure, but really here, it is.
