I have enjoyed excellent dental services from Mr Baig and his team at Oakleigh House’s clean and bright surgery, over many years. The treatment for routine checks and swift response for emergencies, has always been very good. Mr Baig and his dental nurse are very pleasant and efficient with different options for treatment clearly and helpfully explained. I always feel in safe hands. The friendly and welcoming reception team are also second to none with the efforts they put in to scheduling appointments, trying to be as helpful as possible. Overhearing in the waiting room, the amiable and accommodating way the receptionists speak to people on the phone and in person, uplifts my spirits, restoring my faith that genuine customer care still exists. A good atmosphere and great team effort all round – I’m very happy to recommend!

I have been coming to Oakleigh house dental practice for many years. The reception staff are friendly and polite. Lovely bright and clean reception area to wait in. I am a nervous patient but since coming to this practice and being seen by Dr Shahana Baig and her assistant Binita.. I am glad to say I feel a lot calmer and relaxed now. I have had filling done by Dr Baig who took time to explain everything as she went along with procedure, which put me at ease. Always asking if I’m okay. Binita is always so kind to me when I need X-rays done. I would l recommend Dr Baig and her team for their professionalism. Thank you for your care.

I’ve recently had three appointments at Oakleigh House Dental Practice – a filling, a root canal, and an extraction – and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr Raju was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He made me feel so comfortable, safe, and reassured at every appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves, especially with the root canal and extraction. His professionalism and calm manner made what could have been stressful treatments feel completely manageable. The receptionists were also incredibly welcoming and friendly every time I visited. From the moment I walked in, I felt looked after and at ease. Dr Leila Najjar is the most caring and skilled dentist I have ever had. She was so patient during the two fillings I recieved and put my comfort and wellbeing first before anything. I’m not sure how she does it but her reassurance put me at peace even when she was drilling deep into my tooth! It genuinely felt like I was receiving treatment from a friend rather than a stranger, even though it was my first time at the practice. The biggest praise I can give her is that I used to fear going to the dentist before today, but not anymore after how safe and looked after I felt during the treatment. She always explained what she was going to do before she did it (even the small and quick things) which really helped calm my nerves from the get go. Also fixed a chipped tooth I’ve had for a long time which looks perfect now. I 1000% recommend to anybody looking for an experienced and skilled yet caring and friendly dentist. Would give 10 stars if I could 🙂

I have been lucky enough to be a patient at this dental practice for over 30 years. Both the reception and medical staff are warm, friendly and helpful. In particular I would like to recommend Dr Shahana Baig and Binita who are the dentists I normally see. Today they repaired a broken tooth in the front of my mouth for me. At all stages they checked I was happy with the process: the height, colour, shape of the new tooth. Shahana explained the process and the reasoning behind it at all stages of the 45 minute long treatment. The outcome could not have been better and you would not guess which is the new tooth, it blends so well with the others! Now I can smile naturally again. 😀

The treatment was carried out gently and efficiently, and I experienced minimal discomfort — far better than I expected. Binita, the dental assistant, was equally wonderful.
