Osterley Dental Practice

I have been under the care of Dr Winayak for over 8 years now. I see her at Osterley and also West Ealing. As I am a very nervous patient she has put me at ease, takes her time in explaining dental care and the work she carries out and answer any questions and concerns I have. She really puts my mind at ease. I had my braces fitted by her in 2018 and although my case was quite complex she explained I may not have them off in the 6 months as advertised: but I did and I was very pleased with the outcome. I have always managed to get an emergency appointment on the same day. Recently I had a very bad fall frecturing 2 teeth, I was very upset by this and did not think it was fixable especially in 1 appointment. Dr Winayak and the dental nurse took great care of me both putting my mind at ease during the process talking to me and reassuring me that it was all going to be ok. She did a fantastic job and I can smile again. Thank you.

Dr Gauri was incredibly professional and caring throughout our visit. My son was too anxious to have his tooth extracted, but she took the time to calm him down and made him feel comfortable. She handled the procedure with great skill and kindness, which made a huge difference for us. We truly appreciate the care she provided — she turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. We left feeling happy, reassured, and very satisfied. Dr Sanaa Harrousi was incredibly thorough, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail—it never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered with patience. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. We had a very good experience with Dr. Poonam Vinayak. The staff and doctor were very friendly and welcoming. I went with my 7-year-old daughter, and she felt comfortable and fearless throughout the appointment because of the way Dr. Poonam explained everything and handled her so gently and patiently. They did her cleaning, filled her cavity, and also gave very good dental health education. Highly recommend for both children and adults.

Booked an appointment for the next day very quickly and easily. Been coming to this dentist for over 20 years and in recent years Dr Gauri has been looking after me and my family’s dental health. I was afraid of the costs for private paediatric dental for my little boy. Found this gem from google reviews and very satisfied by the service. Reception is very friendly and always helpful. Dr Shivum is simply the best, he treated my 20 month old's cavity with filling while lil one was sleeping in 2 mins. This is my little way of saying Thanks ❤️
