Jagruthi Gouda dentist and nurse sorry didn't get ur name so friendly, easy to speak to, listened to me, explained everything clearly what needed doing , costs, what i need to do, the payment plan so I know exactly what im paying for, I was a little nervous, but was soon made comfortable, clean fresh building, seen on time, so pleased you rang to offer me nhs space, I now look forward to seeing u beginning of December, receptionist friendly and helpful on arrival x

When I came into dental practice, I was feeling a bit daunting as my child is shy in nature. However, Dentist Giovanna De Castro and Dental Nurse Durga made my daughter's first dental appointment experience very pleasant. Staff are polite and friendly. It would have been better if there were more space in waiting area to accommodate more people, appointment were exactly in given time as well as if there was a lift to go upstairs. Otherwise, I would have given full five stars ratings.

Called up once they took over from my dentists and asked if all appointments would be still the same! They advised that everything is the same and all appointments wouldn’t change and don’t need to rebook or re register. Arrived this morning after taking annual leave and getting lifts to and from at my own cost to be told sorry your appointment has gone as they had a computer crash on change over so appointments disappeared! So on top of next time dental costs now have to pay out of my own pocket and take more time off for their mistakes!!!! Lady said you can come back this afternoon I don’t live in Hadleigh and have work

Had a great experience, the dentist I see was extremely caring and professional, all the staff are lovely and happy to help. I can't fault them. Was annoying though listening to someone in waiting room giving them a hard time about how they have been treated over the past years. These are new owners, they are not responsible for previous dentist let downs

I telephoned the surgery really upset about an issue I was having and Danielle the practice manager was just wonderful. She was so kind, caring and informative. Thank you Danielle for your patience and understanding
