My Girlfriend missed a privately booked appointment due to a family emergency. We paid £95.00 up front for the privilege. Apparently I should have "Rung in advance." How on god's green earth would I have known that a close relative was going to have a stroke on that day and end up seriously ill in hospital. The receptionist on the phone is incredibly rude. To not even offer a rebooking is absolutely atrocious and I will be issuing a charge back with my bank unless it is resolved. Updated this to three stars after speaking with the principle, who seemed far better at communication than his receptionist. Whom clearly needs better training. Received a full refund.

Every filling this place has done has fallen out in less than 12 months. Each time they revised it they took more tooth away until the tooth cracked, then had to have a crown. Now that has fallen off too and its not from lack of brushing teeth either! Poor products used to make you go back.

THE best dentist I've ever come across, do not think twice if your an anxious patient this is is your place. Cannot reccomend enough

The very poor receptionist told me when I made an appointment that 75 pounds included all the expenses, but I had to pay 20 pounds when I finished the inspection
