The receptionist staff here are nothing short of amazing, so kind and reassuring and really go out of their way to help you, in particular i had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa, who was so incredibly kind and professional, shes a real credit to the surgery, Julia the dentist and her assistant were so wonderful, after i had not been to the dentist for 10+ years they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and were so warm and welcoming and professional. Thank you all so very much, you are appreciated.

A shyster dental practice with terrible patient care and Draconian rules. They book appointments you havet requested and try to charge you for requesting cancellations. Run purely for maximum profit. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff turnover of their dentists tells you everything you need to know about these greedy, unethical con artists.

I just wanted to say a huge massive thankyou to the staff at Staffa Lodge Smile Clinic. First of all i was greeted over the phone by Kelly. Kelly was absolutely lovely to talk to, she listened to me and was very empathetic. Today i went to the dentist after 8 years of being scared to go, Saana the dentist was absolutely amazing, she understood my worries and also showed empathy. Saana explained everything and exactly what I needed and advised on any costs. I then had 5 fillings and a basic clean and ive never felt more cared for, Saana was checking consistently that I was ok and was happy to stop if i needed to. I can honestly say ive never felt so calm. The dentist & assistant were both great. Kelly and her colleague at reception were also amazing and just made me feel so positive and proud of myself for taking the first steps. Im looking forward to returning for my next appointment knowing im in good hands! Thank Staffa Lodge Smile Clinic 😁😁

The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The Practice is clean and modern with clear check in instructions. I am private within the Practice and always get quick appointments if needed. My dentist is very gentle and caring. Happy customer for something that is not an enjoyable experience let's be honest (!)

Been using Smile Clinic and the Dentist Mark Tearle before them, for some years, the service was ok until very recently and then it became brilliant thanks to Dr Abbas, who saved my teeth rather than pull them out as seems to be the norm...excellent service Dr Abbas

I've had a long standing irrational fear of dentist since I was a child...had bad experiences that has kept me from going from treatment. At 48 years old this hasn't changed until I went to this place...I needed extensive work but I have to say that these guys made me feel comfortable and at ease...had 7 fillings and hygiene clean in one sitting...can honestly say that I don't fear the dentist now.
