M L Crowe Ipswich Dental Practices

Absolutely brilliant service. I am not a fan of the dentist after an unfortunate event going back to my childhood and as a result I have sadly not looked after my teeth as well as I should have. This is the second time I have needed to visit Dr Crowe and on both occasions he and his team have been outstanding, friendly and non judgemental. The service offered is great in so far as you can call on the day and usually be seen within a very short time. In my case two and a half hours after calling. How amazing is that when you are in considerable pain? Today I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was dealt with in a stress free manner, no fuss and no drama. I felt confident and relaxed (well as relaxed as one can be in that situation!). Job done and I am now back at home resting. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice and I have no doubt I will be visiting Dr Crowe and his team again. Thank you guys!

As a very nervous patient, but in a lot of pain and unable to eat, I contacted M L Crowe Dental Practice on the recommendation of a friend. I’m so pleased I did. Friendly yet professional service from all members of staff; clean, tidy and pleasant smelling premises at Great Colman St and best of all a dentist that understood my trepidation, had a good sense of humour and quite literally put me out of my misery within 30 minutes! I’ve even booked to go back, which is a first for me in about 20 years and hopefully I’m on the road to extinguishing my mortal fear of dentists! Highly recommended A+

Hadn't been to the dentist for years and was fearing the worst. However, Mr Crowe treated my emergency within an hour of making the call, and limited the damage to two extractions which he did expertly in a couple of minutes. The cost was minimal and I feel I got good value for my money.

Had a cracked tooth and an infection had set in. I called just after 9am on a friday. Mr. Crowe saw me at 11am. He advised on treatments. I opted to have the tooth removed, no dramas, injection, tooth out. Mr Crowe is a very understanding dentist, easy going and friendly, as are all the staff that I had interaction with. Wonderful service today from enquiry to treatment. I broke a filling (but I was worried it was my actual tooth as the edge was sharp). I called about 6 dental practises to be met with replies such as 'we are only seeing our own patients' and 'it's not an emergency, you're not in pain'. My voicemail to M L Crowe was returned with a warm/friendly phone call and she managed to fit me in the same day. I get nervous with dental treatment but Mark was truly wonderful, professional and a real expert in his field. Highly recommended, completely covid safe and I am extremely thankful. Everytime I spoke or ate I was reminded of the cracked filling but Mark fixed it up in no time at all.

I have attended Mr.Crowe's dental practice for several years now and just recently had a wisdom tooth removed. Very professional service, high cleaniness standards and overall a very good practice. I was treated to highest standard and listened to on my anxieties of the procedure. Left very happy and healed amazingly well. Definately recommend.

Being a newbe to tooth removal I was understandably rather anxious. I needed emergency extraction and they were able to respond with an appointment. Furthermore the support and kindness I received from the dentist was amazing. He ensured that the extraction was both painless and out in one piece. Fully recommend them. Thank you
