Smile Suffolk Dentist Ipswich

I have been a patient at Smile for a long time. I have had a lot of treatments and l have always been really well looked after. The staff are kind, warm and welcoming. I now see Bolly and l feel fortunate to have her as my dentist. She always explains everything thoroughly and makes me feel relaxed although l have always been an anxious patient. Bolly is professional and kind and l hope to remain under her care.

I had a really great experience at SMILE dental clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional and friendly care. I had my hygiene treatments done by Jen and Patrycja, and both were incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointments. They explained everything clearly and took great care to ensure the treatment was as pleasant as possible. I also had my retainer repaired by Shiraz, with assistance from Goda. They were both very professional and efficient, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. I felt I was in very good hands. A special mention also goes to Tracey and Louise at reception, who always welcome patients with a smile. Their warm and friendly attitude really makes a difference and creates a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Overall, a fantastic team and a very high standard of care. I’m really happy with my experience!

My first time visiting this practice . I was met at reception with a Very warm ,friendly and sincere welcome. On meeting the dentist I was immediately put at ease with the tone of voice ,calmness and confidence from a professional. On this visit I did not have any procedure done as it was an assessment. Like many people I am not a massive fan of visiting the dentist,but after the assessment and talking with the dentist I will be happy to go again knowing how I will be greeted an treated . Top marks to the practice on every level, thankyou .

I popped along to my annual dental check up and the service from start to finish was excellent. The Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, my dentist was warm and took the time to discuss today’s appointment. The Hygienist team were bubbly and jovial. I have been a patient at Smile for a few years now and cannot praise them highly enough for their friendliness and professionalism. I have recently had a root canal and crown done, I was not looking forward to the procedure but was put completely at ease and felt no pain, amazing. A big thank you to Shweta, Susie and Sushma for their excellent care.

An experience non of us look forward to. But I do if Jen abd Petygle perform at Smile Lattice Barn, Ipswich. Very careful but firm. Jen teaches me about my teeth too. I try but still have to have a good clean. It's getting very expensive tho!!!

Always been anxious about attending the Dentist and I’m guilty of putting it off. The team at Smile never make you feel bad for this and just welcome you back and encourage you to keep coming regularly. They’re as gentle as can be, informative throughout the process and open to coping mechanisms like listening to music during your treatments. Lovely staff all round and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who’s nervous about Dental treatments.
