Anushka took the time to explain everything clearly and was very thorough, while Sunita was equally welcoming, caring, and supportive. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding from start to finish. I was so impressed with the service that I've already booked to come back for further treatment, including a clean and polish. After not going to the dentist for 8 years, I was nervous about my appointment, but Shalandu and dental nurse Ava were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were both so kind, reassuring, and completely non-judgemental, which instantly put me at ease. Shalandu explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout, while Ava was so friendly and supportive the entire time. Together they made what I thought would be a stressful experience feel calm and positive. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care and I’m so grateful for how understanding and professional they both were. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you’re feeling anxious about visiting the dentist!

My son has experienced fantastic care from Gerhard these last couple of years. He is efficient and friendly and very reassuring. My daughter has been going through the process of having a brace fitted with Zita and Gerhard at My dentist. The whole experience has been excellent, well explained, quick and efficient and my daughter was immediately put at ease and as a result was looking forward to the process! Watching Zita and Gerhard work is actually fascinating, it’s like a choreographed routine!

Hi im very very scared of the dentist always have been, i see Sergio he is fantastic, he have made me feel so much better spoke to me about everything. I have a very bad gag reflux which no other dentist have understood but Sergio have been brilliant and very patience with me,I have had to have dentures made and believe me that was not easy but we got there in the end.I have now got them and they fit and feel good. I would recommend anyone to go to see Sergio at my dentist, im no where near as scared now in fact I don't mind going and believe me I would have never had said that I can't believe im saying it lol Sergio and the ladies that help are brilliant if you are worried and don't like the dentist like me go see Sergio he is brilliant and he will look after you. You wont be worried anymore.

He took the time to explain everything in detail, using a live camera to show exactly what he could see and what he was assessing. It made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the care I was receiving. After the examination, he went through a clear treatment plan with transparent pricing and offered helpful advice on additional steps I could take to improve my smile and boost my confidence. He also explained how the treatment costs could be broken down and spread out, which made the whole process feel achievable. The reception team printed out my full treatment plan and explained everything with no pressure or obligation. Their clarity and kindness made a huge difference, especially when considering private treatment for the first time. Following Dr Sergio’s recommendation, I booked an appointment with Miss Ami Lovell, their hygienist. She was just as warm and reassuring. When I decided to move forward with half of the treatment plan, arranging it over finance was simple. My treatment with Dr Sergio was once again excellent—he consistently made sure I was comfortable, and the quality of his work has been outstanding. Overall, I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience. Every member of the team made me feel relaxed, reassured, and looked after from start to finish.
