I recently needed a cracked tooth removed by Lubna. I cannot praise highly enough the kindness, reassurance and professionalism I experienced. I was extremely nervous as I knew the tooth was complex as it was already cracked and as predicted it did break into multiple pieces during extraction but Lubna managed to totally find all fragments to avoid referral to an oral surgeon, she made the process both stress and pain free and the recovery has been amazing and rapid. My experiences at Martlesham Heath Dental Practice since joining last autumn has really reduced my anxiety which was based on previous experiences elsewhere and made me confident with regard to future dental intervention required. The practice has provided excellent dental care for over 5 years and I have been especially grateful to Lubna. She has been so helpful, skilled and works so carefully to get the very best results. Everything is well explained and every detail is closely attended to, with great care, workmanship and reassurance. The practice is well organised and all staff very helpful.

My partner and I have used this practice for many years. Even though we have since moved away from Suffolk we still travel back over an hour each way to come to this practice for our regular checkups and dental work. We both have had bad experiences with dentists in the past which means we can be nervous, but have found Georgia and her assistants kind, understanding and proficient which puts us at ease. They are happy to go at your pace with breaks if needed and even unpleasant things like injections in the mouth are handled as gently as possible. Whenever we have had an issue with broken teeth or lost fillings over the years the friendly receptionists have been able to offer an appointment promptly. Georgia is very transparent about cost and explaining all the options available for treatment; we have never felt pressure to go for the most expensive option. There is a free car park very close to the practice and all treatment rooms are on the ground floor and step-free. We would highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend my dentist, Dr Katerina Tsingelidi who is incredibly kind, gentle and amazing! I have had a variety of treatments here, the latest an implant. Every procedure was handled with the utmost care and skill. The whole team at Martlesham Heath Dental Practice couldn't be more helpful and efficient, thank you to all.

Lost the side of a tooth - turned out to be a filling - asked if I wanted a new filling now or come back. Elected to have it done straight away, excellent service, a quick injection and it was done. very friendly service.

Very good dental practice. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years. It’s been modernised beyond recognition in recent years and has new owners. They give great service and are skilled practitioners. A friendly practice with very high standards. Would heartily recommend.

I would highly recommend Martlesham Dental Practice. I have been a patient here for approximately two years and in that time the majority of my treatment has been given by Lubna. I was a very nervous and anxious patient, however Lubna has made an incredible difference to my visits to the dentist. She is extremely patient, kind, sympathetic and understanding. Every detail is explained during the procedure, with lots of sound advice. She puts you completely at ease. All the staff I have met at the practice are kind, helpful and welcomimg. Highly recommend.
