Kesgrave Dental Care

As always, my children and I had a great appointment with Jade today. Jade always takes the time to have a chat with the kids to see how they are, what have they been up to and obviously to ask if they have any issues with their teeth. As a parent, it's nice to know that the kids aren't worried about going to the dentist because it's a very friendly environment. Can't recommend them enough 😁

I am not the calmest person going to the dentist and this surgery is by far the best, most relaxing and comforting I have ever been to. Every single person in the practice is friendly and chatty and genuinely cares about your wellbeing and how you're feeling. No question is a stupid one, and I am grateful for everyone there for helping me when I have been in pain or worried about something(or crying because i am overwhelmed) . Definitely recommend coming here. 🙂 special shout out to my dentist Jade and Deji but truly thanks all of the staff here xox

I cannot recommend Kesgrave enough! The team are friendly and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease, despite being very nervous for the surgery. My implants were fitted by Dr Deji, who has an incredible technique for administering the anaesthetic completely pain free…I didn’t feel a thing! The team have given me back my smile and confidence to talk to people without holding my hand over my mouth everytime. I am very happy with the attention to detail and outcome of my implant surgery.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kesgrave Dental Care and would not recommend them based on my visit. One particular dentist that was esp. nasty as Jade Kwaku. I did not feel listened to, reassured, or properly supported as a patient by her. The communication felt poor, and I left feeling more stressed and uncertain than when I arrived. For a practice that presents itself as compassionate and patient-focused, my experience felt far from that. I also felt that the explanations around my treatment options, costs, and next steps were not clear enough. In healthcare, especially dentistry, patients need to feel safe, informed, and respected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Overall, I found the experience frustrating and upsetting. I would not be comfortable returning, and I would advise others to think carefully before booking here.

I always find the staff and Emma, my dentist, very helpful, patient and accommodating. Having a good dentist that shows a genuine interest in my dental health is so refreshing. Highly recommended

I’ve had a number of treatments and the care I’ve received has been excellent. I’m a nervous patient and I’ve always been treated very kindly and supportively, with Verbal explanations of treatments. I also have had teeth whitening treatment which has been transformative. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice.

I have always been afraid to visit a dentist due past bad experiences. Jade and Jemma made my visit today very reassuring and the I felt at ease having my treatment today. Thank you
