Christchurch Dental Practice

Yesterday evening while I was eating dinner, unknowingly, the side of a bottom molar fell off, which I clearly ate and knew nothing of it!! After investigating the now peculiar feeling in my mouth I realised what happened. My dentist i discovered, is closed Fridays, not open until Monday 8.30am! I'm having a hip replacement early next week and wanted a non invasive solution to my problem. So I called Christchurch Dental Practice. What a wonderful team. Firstly, I'm not a registered patient, but they were sympathetic to my situation, and offered me an appointment this afternoon. From the greeting when I walked in, to everyone I saw, they all smiled 😃 and the fantastic Dr Ash who has done a temporary fix on my broken tooth to see me through my hip surgery, and hopefully to when I'll be able to return for a permanent fix! His nurse also was so friendly. This has to be the nicest, friendliest dentist I've ever been to. Thank you so much to everyone who I saw today. I am now a patient at Christchurch, and have now left my previous dentists.....that's what happens if you close on a Friday! 😉 exceptional service, thank you again.

I was sceptical at my age of 78 about having an appointment for oral health with Bassia. However, I was surprised at what I learned. Having replaced my ancient electric toothbrush with a new one, and taken onboard what I was told to do, plus using a new tiny angled brush that I got, I have been pleased with the results so far. Very friendly and efficient practice with all staff welcoming and professional. My dentist, Dr Derek, has shown exceptional attention to detail with my veneers, and the overall standard of care has been excellent throughout. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

I had two fillings this afternoon done by Dr Ash. I can be quite a nervous patient but I was completely put at ease by Dr Ash and his lovely nurse. Every step of the process was explained along the way and I am very happy with the results.

The hygienist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the appointment. The clinic itself was clean and well-organised, adding to the overall positive impression. I left feeling confident in their care and will definitely be returning for future visits.
