Finally a place that was able to get the tooth out of my daughters mouth prior to her having braces fitted. She was petrified of needles in her mouth, and it's been a 2 year journey with the NHS with waiting lists, referrals and declined referrals, trauma from our regular dentist taking one tooth out, and then refusing to treat her because it was taking "too long". So we finally decided to pay, and it was totally worth it. The staff were able to ease her worries from the initial consultation, and she said "I would happily let them take my tooth out". On the day of the treatment (today), she had strawberry flavoured gas and air, was totally at ease and the tooth was out in no time. The staff were amazing, thank you.

Dr Biller put me at ease for my consultation and I was sent copy note of treatment plan discussed the same day which was great. Would recommend. They are busy practice but i have dates booked in within reasonable time frames. Staff are also very helpful and efficient. I've been offered earlier date due to a cancellation which is great. Just to note it is handy to know there is some parking at the actual surgery if needed (I should hv checked before I went as i parked elsewhere at carpark!).

I would absolutely recommend Ipswich Dental Specialists. Good communication from the reception team. Dr Howard Lloyd is patient, thorough and explains every procedure so you can agree on the next steps for your treatment. He also has the most comfortable 'dentists chair' that I've been in!

I had been recommended by my dentist to Ipswich Dental Specialists for root canal work. This was a new experience and one I was naturally feeling anxious about. I need not have worried! The whole team put me at ease. Although the process is a little uncomfortable due to the necessity to remain still with ones mouth in an unnatural position (my tooth was an upper rear molar) I felt totally at ease and confident. Howard, a very experienced Endodontist completed the procedure in a friendly professional manner following detailed assessment which was discussed fully with me. Communication prior to and following my appointment was first class. The practice is relaxing with the added benefit of a parking space. I would certainly attend in the future and would recommend.

I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from my very first appointment. Every part of my journey so far has been centred around making sure I am happy, comfortable, well informed and that my care is tailored to my specific needs. I can not praise this wonderful team enough. Both care and service outstanding!

I was very hesitant about going to IDS after referral from my dentist. However, I was very quickly put at ease by Alex who was very calm and reassuring throughout the process. Now have two treatment sessions booked - hoping the experience remains the same!

I had 2 root canal treatments with the very lovely Dr Howard Lloyd today. The experience was really outstanding, infact, I found myself missing a few moments where I had just drifted off. How is that possible ? Having presented myself to Ipswich Dental Specialists with numerous dental issues last year, I am now roughly half way through my treatment plan and can verify that this place is superb: professional, focussed, empathic, friendly, non-judgemental, endlessly patient and extremely clean everywhere, on each occasion I have visited. Just highly recommended.
