Dr Ali Osman was wonderful in helping me address my needle phobia when I visited him for treatment. He was very understanding, courteous and professional throughout. I am hugely grateful to him for his expertise and actually look forward to my next appointment!

Almost 30 years ago I had the misfortune to lose my front tooth in an accident and had a bridge fitted, recently 1 of the teeth holding the bridge finally gave out and I opted to have a new implant bridge fitted by Dr Chris Dhall. Chris was patient and took the time to thoroughly explain all the options and walked me through the procedure ahead. His professionalism, knowledge and care along with his attention to detail have given me what can only be described as an amazing dental implant bridge that looks better than my own teeth did 30 years ago!! My former bridge was large and out of proportion with the rest of my teeth, it did the job, but I was never pleased with it and smiled in photos with my mouth closed! Now I am delighted to show my teeth when I smile! During the number of appointments I had to have, I had different nurses working alongside Chris, all of whom were just lovely and really helped make me feel at ease, as much as you ever can when visiting the dentist. Amberley took my initial 360 scan and worked with Chris placing the implants and Amy, Caitlin and Lois helped settle Mine and Chris’ final decision on the final colour of the teeth, I really have been thoroughly looked after by Chris and the team and would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank You Chris and all the team at Castle House Dental Practice, you really have given me back my smile.

I’ve just finished the final stage of having dental implants placed by Dr Chris Dall, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I genuinely feel like I’ve got my smile back — and I probably show it off more than ever because I’m so thrilled. Chris is an outstanding implantologist; professional, reassuring, and highly skilled. The whole process was efficient, smooth, and carried out with real expertise. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Truly the worst service I have ever received from a dentist. I booked a check-up with Christopher Dall. He was 10 minutes late seeing me and then spent just a couple of minutes poking at my gums and that was it. I literally was kept waiting for longer than the appointment took. For this they charged me £60. And when I made a complaint they didn’t bother to respond. I would avoid going here as it is overpriced and poor quality in my opinion.

I had my implant work completed today and I am delighted with the results. Chris ,Amberley and all the dental team ,plus the lovely ladies at reception were a pleasure to deal with A thoroughly professional experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Castle House Dental to anyone.

Very good, professional treatment from the dentists and hygienists at this practice. However, the reception experience leaves me feeling that this is a large corporate business where patients are seen as a means to an end. Communication, whether by phone or in person, lacks a genuine sense of friendliness and interest, requests are made to feel as if they’re a nuisance and, when it came to paying our bill (more than £300), there was minimal interaction, eye contact or personal effort on the part of the reception staff member who handled our payment - very lukewarm and lacklustre.

Chris is an extremely knowledgeable and excellent dentist. I feel completely taken care by the whole team at Advanced Dentistry at Castlehouse, Inverness. I’m a new patient this past year, and have been very impressed with the excellent care throughout the process of my new implant. Thank you to everyone Castlehouse.
