I have a terrible fear of dentists, rooted in a terrible childhood experience. I hadn't managed to go for years but eventually got myself to Eden Clinic. Dentist Paul was THE best dentist I've ever met. He took everything at my pace and made me feel safe and supported. I felt I was in control and Paul was incredibly understanding. All the staff I encountered were brilliant. For the first time ever, I will go back! Next appointment is in 6 months and I'll stick to routine check ups thereafter. Thank you Paul and all at Eden clinic. Excellent!
Paul is a great dentist and has a good chair-side manner. He will work with you to create a dental plan that suits your clinical needs. No pressure, no hard sales. The lovely Rosie, is a great dental hygienist.
I recently joined Eden Dental Practice after leaving my previous practice of 30 plus years to follow Helen Wallace. Helen is a friendly and professional dentist and I fully trust her advice and know she will not recommend any treatment that is not absolutely necessary. I visited my new practice yesterday. It has a comfortable waiting area with easy access parking nearby. The staff are also extremely welcoming and helpful. 5* Recommendation.
Signed up with this practice a few weeks ago, really nice welcoming team and easy to deal with. Had an unexpected urgent need for a dentist on Friday and they managed to get me in next working day. Very responsive and transparent pricing. 100% recommended.
