This place is just a breath of fresh air. I can get an appointment with ease. There are times available outside the 9-5, which is so convenient. Prices are transparent with nothing hidden. There's a direct line (WhatsApp) to the practice manager. Helen is great with an easy bedside manner. My son loves going. Compared to my experiences elsewhere, I cannot recommend Helen and her team enough.

I've had a great experience with my dentist. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly helped me feel at ease. They took the time to discuss my treatment plan thoroughly and made sure I understood every step, which really helped me feel involved and confident in the care I was receiving. I felt listened to and well looked after throughout. Highly recommend!

I moved my dentistry to Ilkley Dental Studio earlier this month after hearing great things about the practise locally. I had a great experience - Helen and her team were friendly, professional and thorough and the environment was spotlessly clean, calm and quiet, with a comfortable and spacious waiting area, which I imagine would be really beneficial to more anxious patients. I have signed on to one of their very reasonable monthly plans to spread the cost and look forward to seeing Helen, Ali and Pete again next year!

I had my first visit to the Ilkley Dental Studio this week. After years of struggling to find a reliable and welcoming dentist I'm so glad I walked in the doors here. The practice is pristine and the team are just lovely. Helen took the time to talk me through some possible treatment I needed without pressuring me to make a decision on the spot, which I really appreciated. The treatment plans are flexible to your needs so you're not paying for more than you require, which is very refreshing. There's 100 dentists in Ilkley... After getting miserable service from two of them, I decided to give Ilkley Dental Studio a try. It's an independent family business rather than being part of a chain where you're just a number - I was greeted by name as I arrived. Unlike my previous dentist, you can park right outside. They only opened a few months ago so all the kit is brand new. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the dentist Helen gave me some great advice re a blocked saliva gland. I was so impressed with the service that I signed up the rest of my family the same day. One of my kids is autistic with ADHD and they were very accommodating beforehand in discussing how best to deal with his checkup - it all went very smoothly. Thank you to Peter, Helen and Ali - see you in 12 months.
