I would highly recommend Wells Road Surgery. We had to change dentists since we have moved to Ilkley. I was with my last dentist for 20 years. Wells Road Surgery has been brilliant, I am a nervous patient and I have had a great experience and been cared for by all the staff. They are flexible with appointments and also take the time to get to know you as a person.

I have always been scared about going to the dentist as long as I can remember, so I put off a check for a very long time until a friend recommended Wells Road Dental Surgery. The practice has been fantastic (the receptionist and dental nurses are brilliant, too), and the care I have received has been outstanding. I feel listened to, and everything is explained so well. My dentist understood my nerves, which put me at ease from my first visit and no longer worried about going for checkups or treatment, which I never imagined I could say. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough (especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist).

I have been a patient at Wells Road Dental surgery for over 30 years. The treatment I have received has never been less than outstanding- whether for a routine check up or for an urgent problem. I had an extraction last week carried out by Helen Clark which was so expertly done I didn’t realise the procedure had actually been carried out. She was so reassuring and understanding and explained what she was doing and what to expect. Great service from all the professionals at Wells Road- dentists, nurses and receptionists . It’s actually a pleasure to attend! Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently joined this dental practice. After a neighbour recommended them. We have found everyone to be friendly helpful and very professional. We both had check ups to establish Denplan bands the service was excellent. I visited The dental hygienist yesterday have always only had 30 minutes at previous practices here you get 45 minutes. My teeth have never been cleaner and the advice given was so helpful. We both fully recommend Wells Road Dental Practice.

We were SO impressed by Wells Road Dental Surgery. I attended for the first time with my two young sons on Wednesday. We were immediately put at ease by the receptionist, Caroline, before the boys met Liam, their new dentist. He was superb with the children and ever so helpful, decisive and clear in his actions and communication. My 7 year old son, when excitedly regaling the story of his day to his mummy later that evening, said, "Oh my gosh, he [Liam] was SO good. Seriously, he was a joke [apparently that’s a seriously good thing these days]. He’s like the Ronaldo of dentists!" You can’t get higher praise than that, can you?! Particularly as no-one wants a dentist called Messi! 😉 Anyway, keep up the brilliant work - we’re absolutely delighted the boys are in such safe hands with Wells Road Dental Surgery. 5 Stars!

Posting on behalf of my partner who has recently used this surgery. He has been really impressed with the service he received. He was seen as an emergency and then had subsequent appointments which ultimately resulted in dentures which he is really pleased with. All appointments were carried out smoothly and professionally. He cannot praise the staff and treatment he received enough. To say he is over the the moon would be an understatement. Well what can I say except absolutely amazing experience at this dentist . I had 2-3 teeth out up top and a full denture fitted also 1tooth out bottom and a partial denture fitted Jonathan was really excellent 👏 the whole procedure was PAIN FREE he was very nice and knowledgeable about anything I asked.Must give a shout out to the dental nurses also Caroline on reception lovely lady thank you caroline. Anyone looking for a new dentist please please go here you will not have a better experience anywhere else I bet.So once again a MASSIV MASSIVE THANK YOU for my new teeth they are brilliant can't thank you enough the whole team
