I had an excellent experience at Whitestar Dental Care. I was referred through NHS 111 with a severe toothache and was very anxious. Dr. Sara was incredibly kind, calm, professional, and reassuring during my first appointment. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. I would also like to thank Emma on reception, who was extremely helpful and caring. A special thank you to Dr. Patel, who carried out my extraction. He was amazing – the procedure was so quick and painless that I barely felt a thing. Within less than a minute, my painful tooth was removed, and the whole experience was far better than I expected. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding care. I highly recommend Whitestar Dental Care to anyone looking for excellent dental treatment.

I cannot praise Dr. Sara Hepko and the entire team at White Star Dental enough! I was taken in as an emergency patient within just a few minutes of arriving, and the care I received was absolutely outstanding. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and deeply compassionate.I needed a tooth extraction, and Dr. Hepko was phenomenal. Literally within a few seconds, she managed to remove the tooth. Having had several extractions by different dentists in the past, I always experienced severe pain, swelling, and discomfort afterward. This time was completely different. It has been two days since the procedure, and I have absolutely no pain, no swelling, and feel great!Dr. Hepko is truly a master of her craft—she handled my extraction like no other dentist before. Thank you to the whole team for making a stressful situation such a positive and painless experience. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with Asha. She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional, making the whole appointment completely comfortable from start to finish. She explains everything clearly and really puts you at ease, especially if you’re someone who feels nervous about dental visits. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I genuinely appreciate her attention to detail and caring approach. Highly recommend Asha to anyone looking for outstanding dental hygiene care!

Had an emergency appointment here, they gave me two temporary fillings, a prescription & booked me in for a follow up appointment. They also registered me as a patient, I tried to call back later to register my daughter but they unfortunately had no availability. Both the Dentist and reception staff are warm & invititing. Service was quick and dentist happily answered my questions and upfront. The wait time was very fast, I believe I was seen within 5 minutes of me sitting down. Glad I was sent here, it’s a little far from my house but I’m happy to travel for the good service!

I was seen on time. Dentist took X-rays just to make sure he could see everything. No extra cost, he was interested and cared about my mouth health. Offered advice and cleans my teeth while I was there. He wa very gentle. There’s no need for a clean to be painful. Thanks

I had an exceptional experience at White Star Dental Care, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. My dentist, Waad Treke, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my treatment. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and reassured, which meant a lot given my situation. I suffer from gargle reflux and limited jaw opening, and I also required quite a lot of fillings. Because of these challenges, I had struggled to find a dentist willing to take on my case. However, Waad Treke approached everything with understanding and care, never making me feel like a difficult patient. Her gentle manner and attention to detail really stood out. The level of care and compassion I received went above and beyond my expectations. I’m so grateful to have finally found a dental practice that listens and genuinely wants to help. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

My dentist is excellent, kind, caring, patient and professional. I am not keen on attending the dentist, but he always makes me feel calm and relaxed. Excellent customer care and professional service. 10/10.
