Dr Aggarwal is the most compassionate, kind, caring, easy going, makes you feel at ease dentist I have ever met. Im elated to have met this dentist and hope he never leaves. Very grateful to be seen today for an emergency repair. I've been at the practice for around 24 years. I had a phobia of dentists before. It's always clean & tidy. Staff are very helpful & very grateful that my dentist has been very professional & reassuring.

The treatment and care at this practice, especially from Dr Aggarwal is exceptional. Always informative and willing to discuss options. Also very good on the occasions when an emergency appointment has been required.

Unfortunately, my experience at this dental practice was far from positive. From the moment I arrived, I felt like just another number rather than a patient. The reception staff seemed disorganized and unwelcoming, and I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. When I finally saw the dentist, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. I tried to ask a few questions about my treatment options, but the responses were vague and dismissive. It felt like they were more focused on getting through the appointment quickly than actually addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, I was later surprised by additional charges that hadn’t been clearly explained beforehand. Transparency around costs should be a basic standard in any healthcare setting. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and unsure about the care I received. I won’t be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and patient-focused experience.

Great service from Dr. Aggarwal. Always polite and friendly. He explains everything that needs to be done and gives you options. The reception staff are also polite and friendly. You don't have to wait months for an appointment unlike other dental practices. Very happy with their service.

Between myself and my family we have been coming to Clements Road Dental Practice for quite a few years now. The staff are always polite and courteous and we are always greeted with a smile. The dentists always take time to explain treatment plans or procedures clearly and in detail whenever we have any queries and everyone always does their best to put their patients at ease during appointments.
