I had a very pleasant experience at Gants Hill Dental Clinic thanks to Dr. Sasitha Balathasan and her team, as they worked with great professionalism and patience, although I am a person with a great fear of the dentist, they made me overcome this fear and I did not feel even a little pain, everything went very well until the end. I highly recommend Gants Hill Dental Clinic

I’ve been coming here for seven years, and the team has always been incredibly supportive and understanding. I live with a chronic illness, and my medication causes high anxiety, but Kerry is always so kind and compassionate, which makes such a difference. Michelle and Sassy are brilliant too — friendly, professional, and reassuring. I’ve just had a root canal treatment and it was completely pain-free. Excellent service as always. Thanku ❤️❤️❤️

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years because of previous bad experiences and a severe gag reflex. However, I then cracked two teeth and had no choice but to finally go. I highly recommended DR Sasi who was my first dental provider after 10 years. She was extremely understanding and patient, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She did amazing work, even managed to save two of my teeth, and completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, also helping me to beat my gag reflex in the process. Dr. Sasi is the only dentist I’ll ever go to now. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re nervous or scared, absolutely amazing at what she does.

Rude receptionist and practice manager, they mis-scheduled my appointment, did not notify me and then accused me of missing the appointment, cancelled all future appointments and contacted me to have a lengthy conversation whilst I was at work. When I communicated to them that it is not the right time or appropriate setting for a conversation, the practice manager refused to speak at another time or date. The sheer entitlement is astounding, they expect people to be available at their beck and call with no consideration of whether people are even able to talk.
