Pennypot Dental Hythe

Today I had a filling at Hythe, although I am a very experienced patient I am still not a keen patient. Today Sanuka and Rabina were thoroughly excellent at keeping me calm throughout the procedure, I can't thank them enough for not making me feel silly but supporting me to face it and get it done. Thank you so much! You were Fab!

This was my first visit and it was absolutely amazing!! The receptionists have all been so helpful, going above and beyond!! Rab my dentist was lovely, so friendly and professional, making sure I was happy with my treatment program and explaining everything I needed to know brilliantly!! Many thanks to all concerned definitely the best NHS dental surgery I have ever had!!

Today I had a filling, the therapist who carried out the work was amazing!! As a very nervous patient due to having previous poor care from another Dental practise. I left feeling listened to and was so happy with the excellent service provided. She took her time, explained what she was going to do at every step.

Over £600 for 2 fillers and a cleaning... Fillers are not the same colours as my teeth. Front filler is way too long can't close my mouth straight. Went back to trim the filler, no excuses from anyone. 2 healthy teeth were damaged due to the fact that I can't close my mouth properly. Yes I did get a "partial" refund, but now I have to go to another dentist to fix the shabby job and fix my 2 healthy teeth damaged in the process. Thank you Pennypot for ruining my smile.... Never again......

I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Arulnathan today - despite going in feeling incredibly anxious, I felt as if I was in safe hands throughout the process and the procedure was quicker than expected.

I was met by a pleasant receptionist. Virtually no waiting time and I have a superb dentist.

So happy to have found Pennypot. Made me feel relaxed from initial consultation to explaining procedure required for a filling. All staff are very polite and courteous.
