Country Dental & Implant Clinic

In the process of having 3 implants with Dr. Pedro. I was nervous about the procedure but the whole experience was amazing. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Dr. Pedro and the dental nurse (sorry I forgot her name) were excellent. Would highly recommend. All the staff at country dental are very welcoming and accommodating.

I want to give 3.5 stars as this practice still has a nice environment & staff, but would have given 5 stars a few years ago. Now it is no longer holistic, which was my reason for driving many miles to see Sally Hervey Hendley who was a brilliant dentist, but has retired & sold it to Portman. It is now run along corporate lines which excludes the holistic options I used to have.

I’ve never been passionate enough to write a review before but this one is definitely deserving, Avoid at all costs if possible, I had a temporary filling fitted on the same day of calling for appointment which was great, waited 15 mins, literally in with the dentist 2 mins, was charged £95 only for the filling to fall out less than 24 hours later, when I called to inform them they offered me an appointment in 30 minutes which I couldn’t make unfortunately as I work with clients and couldn’t cancel o. Such short notice or an appointment 3 days later, which wasn’t going to work as 3 days of discomfort wasn’t ideal for someone pregnant and uncomfortable enough, I got an earlier appointment at another surgery and when I rang to inform them the receptionist was so rude and degrading on the phone almost laughing down the phone at me when I asked for a refund or to be seen sooner, I couldn’t believe the at she spoke me to honest was really demoralising! Yeah so save yourself the loss go somewhere else!

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. As a nervous patient , I find Chris always makes me feel instantly at ease which is very reassuring.

Friendly & efficient service from all staff members that I talked to. The dentist (Asser) was clear in explaining my situation and discussing further options. Very satisified.

Last week my partner waited for 1/4 hr past appointment time , no one said anything, Her check was rushed , about 5 minutes . If you are happy with this approach .This is the place for you . Week later ,I arrived couple minutes early for my appointment , Immediately told .. we are running about 1/4 late . Seems normal at this dentist , patients can wait . I did not . If you are happy with this approach .This is the place for you . Charges increased substantially early this year . so I feel patients are being charged extra to be kept waiting . I have moved to another Dentist .

Having never been a fan of the dentist, I have to say that I cannot recommend The County Dental Practice highly enough. Chris is amazing as is his lovely assistant. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The whole experience is exceptional. Thank you.
