The East Hull Dental Centre

Oliver Pierce is by far the best dentist I have come across, I have spent some time at the dentist this past year or so getting my teeth sorted and I feel like I have been really looked after the whole way. Can't thank him enough for the work he has done to finally give me the smile I have always wanted and never had! I would recommend to anyone.

Struck me of after 45 years of been there all because after covid I didn’t make a appointment! Tried a few times but was told to ring back, gave up and they said its been to long! This place was never the same after it was taken over by my dentist, was the same staff for years then suddenly they all left, what does that tell you! Looks like they only want private patients! Will never use them again! Pity i had to give 1 star!

Been totally messed about by this dental practice; started 4 years ago when I got my braces on as they said 18 months but as my dentist was awful I was moved to the orthodontist in Beverly (which isn’t local at all) and my experience was much better there as they were fast after 3 years at east hull dental care. After my braces were done I arranged an appointment to get a tooth built up to be turned away and that it was a check up and not on the system so I had to reearange appointments to fit my orthodontist for retainers after each appointment with the dental care, after this incident I went back with another dentist who said she couldn’t do it as it was beyond her skill level which meant rearranging again( about every 3 months apart) went back to the original dentist and they said that it needed different work doing that needed another two appointments and did nothing that day. Got a call the other day telling me they’re moving those appointments! Feel really messed about as it means trying to get appointments to fit my orthodontist as well. Would definitely not recommend

Just want money from private patients nowadays. I asked to change to a different dentist at the practice as I strongly believe the one I had wanted to give me fillings I didn't need. They said to email which I did twice. They never replied.

A year ago it would have been 5 stars. Then they got took over by a group. The change was dramatic. Went from being friendly dentist to clinical business quickly. Staff have left. Actions speak louder than words. Our family no longer patients here.

I phoned my dentist on Wednesday and they saw me the following day, obviously things are very different because if Covid but the treatment I was given was excellent. The dentist and two nurses were so caring and empathic towards me and in my opinion went above and beyond to ease my mouth problem. Thank you so much 🤝🤝🤝

Can't believe that I haven't been for so many years and thought my teeth were beyond redemption. Far from being made an embarrassment, great treatment and amazing results. Can't stop looking at my teeth and wondering why I didn't do it earlier. Strongly recommend to anybody!
