Church Road Dental Practice

My first visit to Church Road dental practice couldn't have gone any better. It was quite honestly my BEST dental appointment I've ever experienced. Nurse Michael welcomed me with a smile - introducing himself by name and then in turn introduced me to my Dentist Darina who welcomed me. Darina's professional chair side manor was impeccable. She explained clearly what I should expect from the visit and carried out the appointment with a very calm and gentle manor which made me feel super relaxed throughout. Darina and Michael work seamlessly together and I was particularly impressed by how polite Darina was with Michael. I was surprised that Darina was able to fix the issue with my fixed retainer within the same appointment and for that I was really grateful. I have already recommended the practice to 3 friends. This dental practice is the best. I had a previous bad experience and they have been amazing. Charlotte, her assistant, Andy the hygienist, the reception staff are incredibly pleasant, kind efficient and give excellent care. Very thankful to find such an outstanding dentist. Thank-you

Thank you so much to the staff we encountered on our first visit yesterday. Jay (receptionist) was friendly and welcoming which gave a great first impression. Dorian (dentist) and Mike (dental nurse) made me feel at ease as a nervous, new patient. I attended with my daughter and the care they gave to us both was kind, honest and inclusive - with the best range of stickers! The clinic and waiting rooms were clean, with a good range of associated products to buy for good value. Practice manager Jackie is clearly proud of her team and it shows that they work well collaboratively. I left feeling less anxious and well informed. Thank you.

Very poor. Mr Redstone had gone to the implant dentist. He was uncontactable on his mobile. I left at 11.45am. The practice has not contacted me since. A shockingly bad experience. Also I had to leave 3 messages on reception to get a call back to try and make an appointment

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. The reception are always responsive and kind, and will call back when they say they're going to! I want to give a personal recommendation for the dentist Charlotte. She is hands down, the best dentist I've ever had. I go in anxious and leave smiling! She is efficient, calm and very respectful. She understands neurodivergency and is extremely patient. 10/10!
