I am currently at the start of my implant journey and will need several implants in different areas, so I know it will be a long process. The dentist looking after me, Ms Fernandez, has been amazing. Her confident yet kind manner has made a huge difference, especially as I am a very anxious and nervous patient. So far, I have had my initial implant assessment, a Maryland bridge prepared and fitted, and two lower molar implant surgeries last week. Everything has gone smoothly with no problems at all, which has really helped me feel more relaxed and positive about the rest of my treatment. 🙏🏻

Had my first implants at this clinic 11 years ago and needed new ones. Even though it’s 4 hours of travelling for me it’s so worth it. Dr Bruno Silva and his staff were brilliant, in talking through the work required, listened to any concerns I had and has ensured my implants match my natural teeth. Extremely pleased with my implants and would certainly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic treatment received by Dr Bruno, I had challenging 20 year old implants to remove- Dr Bruno didn’t give up he used all skills, resources and contacts to get to the bottom of what he needed to restore my smile. I've had a lot of trouble with my teeth and the waiting list on the NHS made it impossible. So I finally had to go private and this clinic was recommended by my NHS dentist. Very professional very reasonably price for private work. Clear pricing policy so you could understand and discuss each element. The first dentist I saw for my assessment I did not like and when I fed this back to the staff they provide a second consultation free of charge. The second dentist the hygienist and the whole team what absolutely fantastic and so kind as I'm terrified of dentists Can't recommend highly enough

I had already decided I needed a full set of bolt in gnashers and I was contemplating going to Poland for the treatment, when a neighbour recommended Brighton Implant Clinic. After the initial consultation and quotation I decided that after factoring in the travel costs of going abroad, the Brighton option was the obvious way to go. My subsequent experience has proved that to have been the correct decision. Dr Bruno exuded professionalism from our first meeting right through to the final fitting. The cleanliness of the whole operation and the quiet efficiency of the dental nurses was highly impressive. The actual procedures were as painless and stress free as you could possibly imagine for such significant surgery. The final result has exceeded my expectations in terms of ease and effectiveness of biting and chewing as well as of cosmetic appearance. I would definitely recommend the Brighton Implant Centre to anyone in need of implant surgery. I guess I will just have to book a city break if I want to see Warsaw.
