Orthosmile Hounslow

This was my first visit to an orthodontist, and I had a really positive experience. Majid Alimadadian and his team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They walked me through the entire procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The only minor issue I experienced was when I called beforehand with a question. The receptionist seemed to laugh at my query, which made me feel a little self-conscious. However, aside from that, everyone was very accommodating and professional, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially to anyone visiting an orthodontist for the first time.

I had braces and I had great experience, my doctor Saman Hejaz is a great doctor very kind and helpful and the staff very friendly and nice specially Ayaan she is very lovely, my overall experience is 10/10, I recommend everyone to get their braces done here the best practice ever! Thank you so much everyone I am very happy with my teeth.

I went to Orthosmile as a child and returned 20+ years later to have new retainers made. I’d booked and had to cancel two appointments before I made it to the clinic but they were always so accommodating. I’ve just been in today to collect my retainers and have left a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing practice; highly recommend. All of the team at Orthosmile Hounslow are professional and have a high level of experience and expertise. They are also compassionate and patient. I had an 18month Invisalign treatment and the end result was beyond my expectations. Could not ask for more !

Dr Bella Shah has been amazing . And the receptionist is so helpful and understanding. Both my daughters had braces from Dr Bella , and I couldn’t recommend her more . Going back for the second daughter says it all . Thankyou so much .
