I have been a patient of Dr Hiral Shah for many years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.She is consistently kind gentle and extremely professional which has made a huge difference to me as a nervous patient. Over the years, I have had several treatments, including root canals and most recently a crown fitting . My teeth were in quite a bad way, but Dr Shah handled everything with great care and expertise. The recent crown procedure was completely painless, and she took the time to reassure me throughout, which I truly appreciated. The entire team is also wonderful, always pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful, making every visit a positive experience. I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received and would highly recommend Dr Hiral Shah to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist .

We had an amazing experience with dentist Dr Hiral Shah. During my granddaughter’s very first drilling, which can be a scary moment for any kid (and grandparent!). The patience, calm attitude, and care shown were truly exceptional. Every step was gently explained and even shown beforehand, so there were no surprises. The child felt completely at ease the entire time - relaxed, confident, and even curious. I’m incredibly grateful for such a thoughtful, child-centered approach. My Dentist Staines Road is the most fantastic practice! The reception staff are immediately welcoming, treating everyone with respect and kindness. All the dentists are hugely skilled and dedicated but my own Dentist Mrs. Shah is an accomplished and wise professional who explains all the procedures so that the patient is able to understand exactly what the process is going to involve. The practice is spotlessly clean with an adequate waiting area and a bathroom on the ground floor. I simply couldn’t give a higher recommendation to My Dentist Staines Road as they make you feel like you are the only patient they are caring for and my family and I feel hugely lucky to be part of this practice.
