Best dentist ever! I honestly can’t recommend Shervin and his wonderful team highly enough. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes every visit a positive experience. I have complete trust in their care and always feel at ease during appointments. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Couldn’t ask for a better dental team 🙂

Prior to this treatment of a new crown being added I was happy with the service from this practice. Unfortunately my temporary crown came off twice as it was not fitted correctly - the senior dentist who sorted it the 3rd time was very good and knew exactly what had been done incorrectly before. No apology was given despite it causing me to be in considerable pain over a whole weekend and another evening prior to it being rectified. In my business if i had failed so badly my customers would be demanding full refunds and compensation. I have however been charged £777.50 - had the procedure gone as planned I was happy to pay this fee. But given the problems I am deeply disappointed.

I have always had great service and treatment from this dental surgery. The staff are very professional and the dentists I have seen have all been excellent. I have never regretted joining this surgery.

I am a new patient here and I have been so impressed. My meeting with the dentist was amazing and she was so gentle and understanding. I then saw the hygienist (Grace Portilla) who was so incredible. She was very understanding at how nervous I was and took the time to explain everything and check I was ok throughout. Amazing service throughout and I am very thankful.

Really disappointed, having been with this practice for 20 years they've removed my Autistic son and I for missing an appointment. My son was was very dysregulated and the Dentists would have been a very stressful experience on this occasion. Despite explaining the practice manager refuses NHS treatment for us both. Poor show. I now have to start the process of introducing him to a new Dentist very gradually.

Disgusted, really unhappy with the way my wife and autistic son have been treated recently. Without warning they were both removed from the NHS service due to my son being unable to attend on two occasions. No notice, no consultation on how to move forward. I can't help but feel that this is an entirely financial move on their part. Extremely unprofessional.

It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about their patients’ well-being, not just their teeth. I left with a brighter smile and complete peace of mind knowing I’ve found a dentist I can trust long-term. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care in Horsham and a team that goes above and beyond!
