As a client here for many years, overall I have found the practice effective and efficient. The staff have been competent and caring. One who was was present briefly , I thought took a short cut dealing with a repair but he/she was an exception. The communication is excellent by email and reminders with the receptionists.
I Had an exceptional first experience at Forestmead today. Although I was in for Root Canal ( I was nervous) Every single person that I encountered there made me feel part of their "family".and Calm. Lisa the Boss was amazing. Ed & Clare for their brilliant expertise and treatment. And after 2 hours in Chair I had already decided that Forestmead will be my Goto for anything else that needs attention. Nigel
Had an AirFlow with my lovely hygienist Paula today, teeth feel amazingly clean. So happy with the filling done by Dr Patel and Claire, the shade match to my front tooth is perfect and you’d never know there was a filling there! Highly recommend Paula, Dr Patel and Claire.
I have been coming to Forestmead Dental for many years as have my parents and my children. John Dudley is so professional and kind and considerate. All the staff, including receptionists and the dental technicians are all wonderful!
Had an hygienist appointment with Paula and her dental nurse Georgia. As usual they were were very friendly, yet professional, efficient and relaxed me totally. The appointment was on time , but I never felt rushed. A thorough clean was had, with recommendations on how to improve my teeth cleaning technique.
Best dental practice I’ve ever used - by far. Reception staff are excellent. John is best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve moved from Horsham to south coast, and John is so good, I’m prepared to make the journey for my six monthly check-ups, etc. Highly recommended.
