We absolutely love this dental practice. We have such kind, gentle and patient dental practitioners. They are always happy ro show my son, and explain what is happening step by step. Truly wish I was a patient here. Lovely staff on reception too.

Dr. Shah has been amazing! She genuinely cares for her patients and eases their worries. I have a big day coming up this year and I wasn't confident about my smile. Dr. Shah went above and beyond to restore my confidence. She also has an excellent bedside manner!

It’s been a week since my last appointment for 3 months.I’m over the moon with the treatment I got. from start to finish and a happier person for it . I recently took my 4 young children (ages 2-7) to Hoddesdon Dental Surgery, and cannot rate them highly enough. The whole team were fantastic with all of my children, but Dr Jilnah Shah was especially great with one of my children who was very nervous, taking the time to show him the different tools she was using, letting him feel the brushes etc on his hand first, and allowing him the time he needed to feel comfortable. She was patient and calm, and I am so grateful to her for making what could have been a very daunting experience for him, a positive one. Thank you!

The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful, Always get updates about appointments, there is no bother if you have to change your appointment. Everywhere is clean, the dentists, the hygienists and the dental nurses are attentive, explain what is going to happen and explore options with you. I see the Dental Hygienist - Mellissa Bahadur - every three months and very much appreciate her skills in improving the health of my gums and teeth over the last few years. Melissa is very professional, calm & reassuring, and she checks that I understand exactly what work she is going to do. She works very carefully and gently, so I can stay relaxed. Afterwards, Melissa explains clearly what she has found and what I need to concentrate on when cleaning my teeth until the next appointment.

My daughter's had a fantastic experience today at the dentist. Both my girls are autistic, with my youngest feeling very worried about visiting the dentist. Both dentist and assistant were very considerate with both my girls, with Jilna taking allot of care to make my youngest feel very comfortabl; coming up with fun ways to make her experience of the dentist less scary. I felt her approach was adaptable to fit my children's needs, and was given great advice to help support my eldests teeth cleaning. As we were leaving my youngest asked to see the dentist again tomorrow, which is a triumph, as she isn't won round easily. Thumbs up 👍
