I never write reviews, but I just had to for Dentality. I recently visited the practice, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The place itself is modern and elegant, which really adds to the sense of quality and care. My appointment was handled with such attention to detail I just can’t put into words. Everything was explained clearly and with patience, and I never felt rushed or unsure about any part of the process. Dr Gurpreet took great care in creating a treatment plan tailored to my needs and upon my next appointment he immediately put me at ease, especially as I was nervous about a difficult extraction. Dr Shah also stepped in, and the whole procedure was handled with such skill and calmness that it turned into a genuinely positive experience. I’m very happy I chose them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality and above all, friendly dental clinic.

Tried to get an appointment at Dentality after an old crown and post failed on me. Was told they would have to check if the dentist will see me as they don’t like to touch other peoples work and I never heard back from them despite several follow up calls. Very poor customer care from the front of house. I went elsewhere and was seen within a couple of hours.
