Highly, highly, highly recommend this dentist. Very professional, very understanding and very caring. I have a real fear of the dentist but they took their time with me and allowed me time to rest between parts of the procedure. Honestly, can't thank them enough for their time.

I went to this dentist around 5 weeks ago with pain in my wisdom tooth. They fitted me in for a check-up, noticed a chip, and said they would refer me to the hospital to have it removed. They also carried out an X-ray (for which I was charged) and told me I would hear back the following week. After hearing nothing, I chased them on the Friday afternoon. The dentist admitted she had not taken the correct X-ray for a referral and that I would need to come back in. I was left in pain for another week before they could fit me in. When I returned, the X-ray they carried out was essentially the same as before, yet I was charged another £20 — even though I questioned it. They assured me the referral would now be made, but two weeks later I am still waiting with no update or communication. Overall, I have been left in pain, charged twice for the same X-ray, and had to chase for information at every stage. Very poor service and disappointing experience. Greg Anderson

I attended my first appointment yesterday. All members of staff were warm, welcoming and highly professional. The dentist and dental nurse did everything possible to put me at ease. I was kept fully informed at all times and any questions I had were fully answered. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I had my first visit today-what a fantastic dentist! All staff were extremely friendly and the treatment was great value for money. The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly, discussed the treatment plan clearly and took plenty of time to go over everything. I even had a cup of tea whilst I waited for the dentist! Will be recommending to friends and family.

Me and my 2 daughters attended the surgery for the first time yesterday. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly made us all feel completely comfortable. They asked the children to put on gloves and help with each others check ups which was such a lovely touch. They even gave a birthday card to my daughter as we left as it’s her birthday in a couple of days. Very happy customers
