Dealing with Tilehouse is exceptional. Vic and Dhavina are amazing and I thank them both and the reception staff who are great. Sadly the other offering by the same company in Hitchin I refuse to attend now based on the incompetence of the front line team. All dentists and hygeniests and dental nurses I have dealt with are great.
Really pleasant dentisty practice . The people are lovely that work there always ready with a smile. Very professional. I had my teeth cleaned today Very happy they feel lovely and clean. No discomfort the young lady was gentile but thorough. I am pleased with how my teeth look, I had not had my teeth cleaned for so long my teeth.feel so much better now
Teresa has been my dentist for many years . I first saw her at the NHS dentist then when she went private I continued to see her and left the NHS. She’s the best dentist and looks after me very well. As long as I continue to afford private dentistry I will continue to use her . The dental nurse I saw today was also very nice . Would definitely recommend

Easy online booking (I've only booked hygienist appointments). Staff are very welcoming and professional. Availability seems to be better here than at their sister practice near Sainsbury's.
I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. The service is consistently excellent - the team is always friendly, helpful, and completely professional. Teresa is especially wonderful; she’s thoughtful, takes her time to make the best possible decisions for your care, and genuinely puts patients first. I’ve never been turned away, even in an emergency. Truly superb service every time!
My daughter and I have been seeing Vikash Dave for a few years now and he is the best dentist we have had. He is so calm and explains everything very clearly and also gives good advice regarding your dental health. Tracey the receptionist is also very warm and friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. I would definitely recommend Tilehouse dentist to anyone.
