Hitchin Dental Care

Having recently registered with Hitchin Dental Care, I was referred for a complex extraction and unfortunately developed a mild infection afterwards. I was seen promptly in between patients by Dr Brown and was prescribed antibiotics, which appear to be doing the trick. I’m an extremely nervous patient, but on both of my visits I was made to feel at ease. The staff are kind, patient, and very understanding of my anxieties. I really appreciate the care and reassurance I’ve received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice.

Arionne is such a genuinely lovely person and an amazing dental hygienist. She’s always so kind, gentle, and reassuring, and she makes every visit feel relaxed and comfortable. I always feel really well cared for when I see her, which is why I happily keep coming back. I couldn’t recommend her more highly x

Following some negative experiences elsewhere, I was overdue a dentist visit and spent time researching a new practice to attend. After reading reviews about Dr Roshni, I decided to give HDC a chance and I'm so glad that I did! I've been an anxious patient but I cannot fault the care, support and patience that has been shown. Every question has been answered thoroughly and I have never felt rushed through appointments or forced into treatments. Dr Roshni and the wonderful dental nurses (particularly Amy) couldn't have made me feel more relaxed during appointments; so much so that my anxiety is easing with every visit. Special mention must also go to Rebecca on the reception team who makes you feel so welcome and at ease from the moment you arrive!

This was my first time at this dentist and as soon as I walked in the reception area I felt so welcomed, relaxed, all members of staff were polite and welcoming and made you feel comfortable, would definitely recommend

Big thanks to Roshni and Cerys for being so informative and taking on a late notice appointment for me. It’s allowed me to save myself a lot of problems in the future and made me realise the importance of dental care. Also necessary to mention the patience and kindness of the reception staff, Alex was who I mainly spoke with. It made me feel very welcome and heard.

Very welcoming and professional practice. The dentist took time to answer my questions before going ahead with the treatment and made sure I was happy with the outcome before I left.

Dr Arwel was fantastic as a new patient to the practise, her knowledge of underlying medical needs and patience with people who have neurodivergence was excellent. She was very respectful of my needs and made me feel at ease and I would absolutely recommend
