I had a hygienist appointment today with Katherine, assisted by her dental nurse Astrid, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. As a very nervous patient, dental visits aren’t something I look forward to, but both ladies were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and incredibly understanding, taking the time to reassure me and make sure I felt comfortable throughout. Their friendly manner and genuine care made such a difference. Thank you so much. I also have to mention my dentist, Akash, who is simply incredible. The pride and care he took in rebuilding my tooth was amazing. He’s an absolute genius at what he does, and his attention to detail is second to none. In my 62 years, I’ve had many dental experiences, and this practice stands head and shoulders above the rest. A fabulous dental practice with a genuinely caring team. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience at Warwick Lodge. I came in this morning at 11.50am for an emergency appointment for a broken front tooth and was fixed up this afternoon at 4.45pm. The lovely Astrid stayed late just for me so that I didn't have to wait until Friday. I was very nervous but was quickly put at ease. The results are fantastic I'm so relieved.

I recently moved to this practice and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. From the moment I walked in, Sam on reception made me feel so welcome—friendly, professional, and really helpful. My appointment with Rita was equally excellent. She was warm, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. It’s not always easy changing dentists, but the whole team made it a really positive experience. I’m so pleased I moved to this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.

Called up on the day with really bad toothache and they managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment straight away. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Really grateful for how quickly they helped me and the treatment was excellent. Highly recommend.

I’ve had quite a bit of work done at this dentist over time, and I can honestly say I’ve always had a really positive experience, especially when Sam is there. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole visit feel much more relaxed. As a guy who’s spent a fair amount of time in the chair, it really does make a difference having someone like Sam at the front desk. She’s helpful, organised, and just brings a great energy to the place. It’s not often you say you "enjoy" going to the dentist, but when Sam is helping, it genuinely makes the experience a lot better. A real asset to the practice.

I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentist. I got an emergency appointment within an hour of calling laura had booked me in a reassured me over the phone. Upon arriving and being greeted by Archana who was just as reassuring. I see Akash (dentist) who was clear on everything and I didnt feel pushed into any decisions not forgetting the lovely nurse Merua who placed her hand on my arm as I was shaking. Overall experience was amazing highly recommend for us nervous people .. and everyone else of course

I'm a new patient, only had a few appointments but they are very helpful and accommodating. Even small things like reminder phone calls and emails about your upcoming appointments make a big difference. On my most recent trip, Sam on reception was particularly helpful, resolving a complex situation for a family member.
