Melbourne House Dental Surgery

Great dentists, even though I'm usually late! The team includes specialists in implants and root canal treatments. Private practice so of course not cheap, but they have payment plans in place.

Biju is the best dentist cannot stress that enough. He puts up with a lot from me and is always nice. When I’ve had to have a different dentist for whatever reason, I have not just found them not as good or kind as Biju, but holy unhelpful and unkind, so much so I’ve left in tears.

Don't bother. They are called First Choice Dental now - they would be my Last Choice or Never Choice Dental. Rude customer service - I was told I could not have an appointment at all, not even some point in the future, because they had technical issues lasting over a week. I was also told I could leave a voicemail the next day that they would return - left 3 of them, they never returned any of them. I was told if I wanted a dental appointment I should go to A&E or Out of Hours just because this surgery cannot handle their own admin. Get stuffed First Choice Dental and your rubbish staff, I have registered with another dentist AND surprise, surprise, I have an appointment the next day.

I cannot fault the care and treatment to date provided by Biju at Melbourne House. I have had extensive work all carried out. with extreme care and skill in a friendly yet professional manner. A huge Thankyou to all the staff

Very poor service. Only able to get a hygienist appointment on a Monday, and told time could change on the day and they want to charge £7 for PPE.
